FAQ

The most common questions

01 How much does a wedding at Villa Oiva cost?

Every celebration is priced individually, depending on guest count, duration, catering and extras such as photography or accommodation. That is why our prices are on request. After your enquiry you receive a transparent, personal proposal within 48 hours, with no hidden items.

02 How many guests does the villa hold?

For weddings and family gatherings we recommend up to 40 guests, for corporate events up to 60. The 70 m² hall, the salon and the terrace with garden can be combined flexibly.

03 When can we celebrate at your place?

Our season runs from April to October. We accept a maximum of two events per month so that each one gets our full attention. Weekend dates go early; enquiring six to twelve months ahead is realistic.

04 Can guests stay overnight?

Yes. The first floor and the attic hold lovingly designed rooms for the couple, plus seven further bedrooms with bath and kitchen for your inner circle. For all other guests we recommend places nearby and gladly help with the arrangements.

05 Can we bring external catering?

Our kitchen is part of the concept: seasonal, from our own permaculture garden and from producers we know by name. External catering is therefore the exception. Talk to us; we almost always find a solution that fits.

06 How far is it from Berlin?

About 1 hour 45 minutes by car. Leipzig and Dresden are each around one hour away. The villa sits in complete quiet in Brandenburg, easy to reach and still in the middle of nowhere.

07 Are dogs welcome?

Clyde, our dog, lives here. Well-socialised dogs of your guests are welcome by arrangement.

08 How late can the party go?

Outside we respect the neighbourhood and the night. Inside, in the hall with its thick 1895 walls, you can dance until your legs give in.
